Family and friends of Russ Devereux have taken part in charity walk for Russ Devereux Headlight project. More than £1,300 was raised in the name of Russ and the Headlight Project.
Around 150 people trekked from Kirby-in-Cleveland to Sutton Bank in aid of the project, launched by Mr Devereux’s wife Catherine, which aims to encourage youngsters to talk and tackle the possible causes of suicide and mental health.
Scores of friends and family took part in a challenging charity walk in memory of a beloved family man. The Russ Devereux Headlight Project will deliver emotional resilience programmes in Teesside schools in the belief that early intervention can enable children to cope in later life with stressful situations and crisis.
