Run and Rave

January can feel long and dark, so we’re doing something about it. Grab your glow sticks, dig out your brightest kit and join us for Run and Rave, a 5km fun run that kicks off the week with music, colour and plenty of good company.

We’ll set off from AV Dawson at 7.30am, and a live DJ will be waiting at the finish to keep the energy going. Glow gear is very much encouraged, so the brighter the better. Run it, jog it or walk it, all abilities are welcome. This is about getting out together, not about the clock.

Afterwards, warm up with coffee and pastries back at AV Dawson and enjoy a well-earned catch-up before the working day begins.

Every ticket helps fund our work across Teesside. That includes specialist therapy for people bereaved by suicide, and free suicide prevention education in schools, colleges, workplaces and community groups.

Together, we will turn Monday bright.
